This website is sponsored by the Cranes Roost Village HOA, a mandatory homeowner association representing over 120 units in the development. We are located in the Cranes Roost area of Altamonte Springs, off of Central Parkway and behind the Altamonte Mall. This website is for the use of residents, guests, prospective home buyers, realty professionals and others who support the neighborhood.

RED, HOT & BOOM GUEST ACCESS NOTICE:
To help ensure the safety and security of our community during the Red, Hot & Boom event, security personnel will be stationed at the entrance to prevent unauthorized access on Friday, July 3, from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
If you plan to have guests during this time, please email the following information to Marlo Sanders at msanders@sentrymgt.com as soon as possible:
Guest name(s)
Vehicle description (make, model, and color)
Your name, building, and condominium unit number
Residents Returning During Event Hours
If you leave the community during the security period, please be prepared to provide proof of residency upon your return. Acceptable forms of identification include:
Driver’s license showing your Cranes Roost Village address
Utility bill
Other documentation confirming residency

Membership
Property Owners become members of the Association and are entitled to utilize common areas, participate in Annual Elections of Directors and other special elections that the Association may conduct. Owners of multiple properties are entitled to multiple votes.
