Leak Assessment and Responsibility

If you discover a leak in your unit and suspect it may be the responsibility of the HOA, please contact Bryan’s Plumbing at (407) 299-9006 to arrange an assessment. Homeowners are responsible for the initial cost of the service call.

Bryan’s Plumbing is the community’s designated vendor for evaluating leaks and determining whether the issue falls under HOA or homeowner responsibility. They serve as a neutral third party in this process to ensure a fair and accurate assessment.

If the leak originates from a neighboring unit and causes damage, resolution is considered a private matter between the respective homeowners and should be handled directly between the parties.
